It is a game but feels like not a game. We can really learn how to manage our cashflow and it really amazes me on how it is connected in real life like the locations. The skills are also true in real life situations. It teaches you how to be a great investor in the future because you can really see on what,where,when,and how to buy and sell the properties. Myghad! I lowkey wishes that the profit I got in this game will really go in my bank account in real life hahahahha I would like to suggest to also have a section where you can talk with the other investors in the game to share some ideas and opinions and teaches one another on how to be an investor.
Simple yet has a deep complexity in it
Once you enter the game, you’ll just see this game as a buy and sell game that’s kinda AR but it ain’t, let me tell you that as soon as I downloaded it I searched for walkthroughs and guides and boy did it hurt my brain to learn that it really is a true to life simulator on how should one act and do as an investor, the game basically lowkey teaches you on how/where/when you invest/purchase/sell properties at the right time/value.
Ps. I showed this game to my mom and told I bought a local bank and she went full on angry at me thinking I legit bought a bank real life. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Been hooked on this
Honestly been playing this game for only a couple of days but already Im interested. The concept of a real estate game based on sorrouding locations is amazing and fun as hell, might seem slow at first but when it gets going it really is enjoyable.
Although it isnt perfect, the slugish menus are a little of putting and the constant popups of my lack of balance is annoying, I mean yes I am aware of my lack in cash and I just wanna check out existing properties around me and see who owns them.
