1. Access Permission
For a better gaming experience, provide access to Recording and Camera, so that you can scan the code, use the in-game voice feature and the AR Pet Capture features. This access will only be used for in-game purposes.
2. Subscription Details and Auto Renewal
The subscription price is $2.99 and the period is 30 days after which the subscription will be automatically renewed. This game is a full star this game is so cartoonish and with a mix of a rpg game i like it alot but i have some pretty issues here just one issue ok, the issue is fron the main screen when you first open the game if u press the close button it doesnt go away (sorry for the english) and after awhile it just press close (what a weird glitch) (psst stop imagination) now where are we ohh yea i think it does that because im on ios or it just on iphone 7 (yea yea your just the issue)(stopppppp imagination) heh umm pls fix this weird glitchpls im begging u i really love this game (for real im not offending the other game its better than the ragnarok)pls fig the game pls
Crash and very LOW rates.
I enjoyed the game and how addicting the gameplay is, the problem is, how you handled the game.... the first thing that I noticed is that, every time you do a routine maintenance, the game ends up crashing a lot(I am using an iPad with the latest update and I also have a stable internet connection.) so you can rule out that one out. The second thing is how Gachas and Rolls have a very low rate, forgive me for saying this, it feels like you are trying to compete with every games in all platforms when you are handling a mobile game. Stick with one goal first, (aim to adjust and adapt). What I meant is that “aim for being #1 in a mobile game.” The third thing is that, you have been releasing multiple servers when the others are already dying, but that is not the problem(cause you can sooner merge it), the problem is the “Ruins Duel Event”. The matchmaking is insane, I am from s69 facing a s61-67. Imagine a cow attacking a dragon... doesn’t sound good right? I suggest that you take some actions to it, otherwise players like me would surely end up finding ways in refunding everything they spent... I only played for 13days and I already noticed a lot. What more of those who have been playing for months?.. and also, I still have a lot to say but imma end it here...
Lag on events
I have played for almost a week now and im at server 1 on the first days there were no issues but during this couple of days the server became very laggy and we cant play properly on the events i know what your thinking, that i might have a slow connection but thats not the case since all of the player on server 1 were complaining on the world chat that all of them were lagging.
I strongly think that this is due to the server 1 being crowded please fix this issue specially when most of your players are paying to be competitive in your game and as i read the world chat i can see some people saying that its time to uninstall ur game if its due to the server being crowded cud you just add an option for the players to change servers at least.
I have enjoyed playing ur game and i am a competitive player so it pisses me off that during this events me and my guild mates cant play properly so pls fix this issue asap coz sooner or later ur players are gonna be fed up with this meaningless lagging and will start looking for a smooth playing game.
