Double Charges and Poor Customer Service – Think Twice Before Downloading!
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience. I’ve been double-charged and have provided clear evidence of this issue, but their customer service has failed to address it properly. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, the responses I’ve received show a severe lack of comprehension. It’s clear that there is both a problem with double charging and a serious gap in understanding from their support team. I’m ending my engagement with their service and will be spreading awareness about these issues. Additionally, I’ve noticed other complaints about improper charges from other players, which further underscores the need for improvement in your billing practices and customer support. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP!
Buff and VIP
I hate this game, I activated the VIP8 and the construction and all other priviledges that come from it did not take effect in my accont it did nit help with construction speed and marching speed. The buff from the capitol also does not work for me. I tried to wait for cool down before construction and even trid to start constructuin just after the buff was given to me still it did not help. Waste of money. Also, customer service does not respond. The price of the items are also so expensive. I played this to have fun but it seems I am stressed with this. and they match us to fight with other servers with much higher experience coz they are older servers. please refund all the money i invested because this is absurd.
