I had a bulky item that needed pickup. Ever since day 1, i coordinated a pickup with Lazada. They promised it would arrive the next day. It never came. So i followed up with their logistics team, they said it’d arrive the next day for sure. It never did.

I followed up again with them, and they promised they’d put me on priority. It never came again the next day. This went on and on for 5 days. I told them I was scared it’d affect my shipped on time rating. They assured me that since it was Lazada’s fault, i wouldn’t be penalized.

I constantly followed up with the pickup team until finally they picked it up after 5 days. After they picked it up, my shipped on time rating went from 100% to 50%. I complained to them and said that it wasnt my fault. They agreed, but said that there was nothing they could do about it. They are so useless to talk to. I’ve contacted 10 different service representatives. All of them said they’d get back to me, but none of them ever did. This is ridiculous.

terrible uploading of products and errors

i would like to agree to the first reviewer this is terrible app, everything is complicated not unlike shopee.

1. to many requirements need to fill up before you upload your products and in the end there’s an error so i have no choice but to do it again and again
2. low quality photos are not acceptable i need to use my dslr and make an effort to get high quality photos
3. long time and patience to create store builder
4. waybill and plastic are NOT FREE and EXPENSIVE
5. Drop off point is wasting my time and transportation i need to deliver it immediately no matter what!, because of the ratings, i need to drop off my item even it was just 1 item and my transportation fee is higher than my sales
6. many costumers asking for taobao which is not my shop and not my concern
7.your costumer service is not responsive to costumer concerns, so they are asking the seller and wasting my time answering their concerns, i need to answer it immediately because response rate in chatting is one of the quality for good performance

please take time to know all concerns of your microsellers and consider us coz we’re doing business here and lazada are not just doing all the responsibilities to get good costumer service
