User Interface is not friendly.
Recent update is not UI friendly. First of all, since I use the Lazada app in my ipad, the app only allows a portrait style of accessing the app. From the past few updates, I always use the app in landscape mode simply because I am comfortable in that position. Kindly bring this landscape feature back.
Second, the shopping items doesn’t indicate the actual product. Most items I try to look for, upon tapping the item, indicates either a different item that will show up or usually would say “oops, we’re having trouble finding this product”. Please fix this. This is very uncomfortable.
Still, I generally have hassle-free deliveries using this app. I only got dissatisfied once for more than 20 items I have delivered at my doorstep. Would highly recommend, but please fix the bugs first. Thanks!

A Bit Disappointed
I am a loyal patron of Lazada. Even when new big online shops of the same category started to emerge I stayed and continued to patronize Lazada. This is because I believed in the integrity of the company. But unfortunately Lazada’s quality of services started to decline. They now cannot control the kind of sellers and kind of items being sold under the company. Some sellers charge exorbitantly for their items which you will find in other sites at a much lower price. There are now sellers who sell items of very low quality. Before when you say you’re buying from Lazada you’re assured you’ll get quality products at reasonable prices. Then Lazada started charging delivery fees. I don’t mind paying delivery fees but it is being charged exorbitantly. Like if you order a certain number of items from the same shop the customer still gets charged a delivery fee for each item which is very unreasonable and preprosterous. Don’t get me wrong..I still love Lazada and I am still here trying to make orders and buy. But I have to give an honest review. Lazada’s quality of service has declined tremendously. But I am still thankful you still have goof customer service although it is also starting to decline in quality. Changes are necessary but I hope Lazada make changes for the better in consideration not only of the company but also in consideration of their customers most especially their loyal customers like me.
This review appraises the Lazada APP for the Philippines and not its site, nor its service, which is altogether different. First of all, the app loads at a snail's pace compared to, say, the app of AliExpress which offers more products and serves an international customer base several orders of magnitude larger than Lazada's. Next, each update seems to introduce more bugs than previous iterations. Third, customer reviews of products are handled in a sloppy, arbitrary manner: a) I've made several reviews for many of the items I've purchased but only a few of them have been published/posted; b) meanwhile comments and questions that properly belong in the Q and A section appear as reviews; and c) worse, there are numerous sarcastic and troll-like comments for so many items. As a consequence in the latter 2 instances the stars given are not honestly indicative of buyers' sentiments and are therefore misleading, which defeat the very purpose of having customer reviews in the first place. It's as if the moderators are engaged in a game of eenie-meenie-minie-mo with the reviews submitted. Lastly, unlike in the online desktop site where items in your wishlist are grouped in their custom folders and appear as such, in this app all items are lumped in a single wishlist. Stupid.
As a whole this app—considering the sales generated by Lazada—remains surprisingly pedestrian and strictly amateurish. Shame!
