I keep on getting notice na namimisroute ung delivery, incorrect address, walang tao, wala ung receiver. Please prioritize naman po ung pagtawag sa client before delivery po. Kasi everytime na iffup ko ung clients ko wala naman daw natawag sa kanila. What is the use of getting their contact numbers if your riders weren’t using them.

Please fix naman po ung process kasi nag cacause ng delay po at potential cancellation of orders sa mga sellers end na tulad ko. Sayang effort and money.

RATING FOR POOR SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS SO CALLED APPLICATION

I would like to raise a concern about my parcel lang, to be honest nakakasawa na maka received ng message na yungnparcel ko is out for delivery then all of a sudden di rin madedeliver as it says on the remarks na “house was closed, no one was present” sure kayo? Maghapon may tao sa bahay hindi nawawalan ng tao andaming niyo alibi nakakaimay na kayo no wonder ampapangit ng feedback and ratings sainyo sa google and play store, napaka rubbished ng service ninyo and your courier and management mga manhid na kayo sa negative feedback and concerns. di na ako magtataka if ang company niyo eh ma boycott in the future. Ung parcel ko pakibalik nalang sa sender “PNB” ako na mapipick up sa head office nila at baka abutin pa ng isang taon sainyo. Very poor service abangan niyo nalang din ratings ko sainyo sa playstore and google. ka-umay kayo so called LBC EXPRESS pa kayong nalalaman pero talo pa niyo pa pagong sa delivery niyo huii. Good luck nalang will never refer na rin sa mga relatives and kakilala ko not to ship items na rin sainyo base sa experience ko na rin before and up to now.

Delayed tracking updates!

I used to monitor my package via the App but I just found out that the tracking details were delayed and not reliable on the App. It shows no update since April 18 on the App but when tried to track it on their website, it shows ready for pick-up since April 22nd. It seems to me that the information on the App was not integrated on their website. I hope it will not be returned to sender!!
