I been following the rule for multiple active devices. Today I can’t use the app. It says “multiple active devices” even if I log out my account from another device. Pls do some actions. I have assessment tomorrow. 🥲

Unreasonable account blocked
Hello. My account was blocked for no reason. It’s unreasonable that this incident happened the day of my first review classes. I will already miss my 1st day and I don’t know when I will “unblock” because I want to attend my class so badly. I hope that the IT team will fix this bug ASAP because I’m also one of the victims of these “block incident” and also one of the students who will miss their 1st class today
