I’m a fan of the game big time. Feels really nostalgic with the reboot you made. Wish you can finish the next universe ASAP 😇.PS. Hope you’ll not stop giving gold, I observe that if we fail a level, we automatically stops earning gold. I needed to rely on ad for two and a half week just to finish a world.

Love the game but it stopped on world 8 and now a level that is impossible

Been waiting for this game since I was a fan of it before :) was so hooked on it for a few days till today. My game does not progress m stuck at world 8:( I emailed the support team but did not get any reply. Disappointing ;( after I bought gold coins now I have no use of it .Thank your for you reply but someone just emailed asking if my version was updated , I answered but no reply again. I would appreciate an email response at least . Now I just kept playing to stay number one but now I am given a level which is impossible to get out !!!! I have emailed a screen shot of it.

Where can I send a screenshot? Thanks.Update: Again, I encountered another level which is impossible to solve. This is the fourth time. And worse is that, I've been knocked off the top position over the challenges twice already in the past and it could demoted me anytime since some gamers keep on progressing. I already sent another screenshot of the level I got stuck with. I can keep on waiting as long as you're fixing the problems on time. Thanks for your immediate response, hopefully soon!

Great game but I really hate the fact that you need to spend coins to finish levels, because I just want to play this game and not waste my parents’ credit cards on this. At least replace it with a life count, like how Candy Crush or Gardenscapes (or whatever it’s called) does it. I’m saying this, not because I’m never connected to the internet, (That’s false), but because the game thinks that I’m not connected to the internet, even if I could still buy coins without a problem (if my parents would even let me do it), therefore not giving me my coin “reserve”, and preventing me from progressing.Is this a bug? Or a feature to prevent pros from progressing without spending money?
