How can i make the app work? I have paired the device and the app multiple times but after they pair up the “The app is not available. We are preparing. It will be updated as soon as it is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience.” Pop up message appears.

This message never appeared on my friend’s app.

Received a notice to update the app while unit was plugged being charged. Once done, app opened and the promised data kicked in. I like that I can control the fan speed from the phone— a very tangible change was noticeable. I love the turbo function.
Cons:
1. The respiratory sensor counts my breathing wrongly, reporting 34 breaths per minute whereas it is only about half of that. Not sure if the turbo function is mistaken for increased breathing.
2. The unit is always paired with the app and uses up the charge quickly. Switching to off, the app bluetooth remains connected. To save battery time, I switched off the bluetooth function on the phone.
3. Is the info about air volume intake accurate? One time it said that about 100 liters of air came through within a minute.

I will continue observing the app functions for now.

I can’t use the app since pressing the confirm button to allow Bluetooth permission with my iPhone 6 Plus does not do anything. My phone’s iOS version is 12.5.5 so it should be compatible.
