I’m having a hard time to use litmatch since yesterday, every-time that i try to send gifts or set a rain it says that “your account is abnormal please contact the official”. For the past 24 hours I already contact the official send a report yet still not working or haven’t receive any reply on my feedback. I don’t know why it take’s long for you to fix the. Problem I can’t use my acc the way i use it before… thank you
Removed ban
Hi litmatch team i hope you'll notice my review, i would like to give a one star for various reason.
First my big problem about your app is that it will ban me even tho i did nothing but just scrolling trough the deed and even when someone is chatting my i also answer them politely so i don't understand why i would be banned, second my account would suddenly log out in the middle of my chats and when i log in back i cant and i would just re install the app again just sa i could log in back, third is sometimes my messages will disappear when i exit tge convo same as their messages to me like it appears on the notifications but when i open tge convo tgere is no messages, fourth alot of pervert guys would come accross me and i hate it cause they will send d* pics and lastly, please match your users with the same age as them or even 4year older than them of 2 years younger. Just don't match them with old man, cause you can match them with their same ages too and that's all thankyou
Litmatch ph SCAM Management
Hello, Good day ma’am/sir. I would like to report my concern regarding to Litmatch PH management Lian and her admins. They're abusing users banning them and telling the users that the unbanning has fee amounting to Three thousand five hundred pesos (3,500) and They only allow ring selling to themselves they sell rings privately, but some users noticed it and spilled this information. Lian lend some dias to her friends for the diamond rewards then she will get the rewards after that. And lastly Lian and her admins has always take fast actions to the users who are called TOP R. Aside from that, I believe that equality should be given to all especially to normal user which is ignored and not entertained about concerns. This kind of action is not helpful for the Litmatch Community. I only have concerns and complaints about the scams of lit official Philippines. Some of the lit users want to file a case with the police against the admin of litmatch ph, which is lian and her admins there are anomalies and many complaints to them. As this matter is urgent, i would appreciate your response as soon as possible.
