Description
I qualified as a fitness instructor back in 2014, then with two years experience under my belt she decided to take the next step in my career in July 2016 to where she began to build her own business supporting women in fitness and nutrition through Lg Fitness. Later with 5 years experience, i took a further step by taking on a new female only studio in a permanent location.
Through out my time as a fitness instructor I have taken a keen interest in Mental health and well-being as I believe this is a key component to any fat loss or fitness journey.
