Ratings and Reviews
Good but needs improvement on some areas.
When an artist messages me on bubble, I would respond right away, and it would show that it has already been sent. For example, if I sent my message at 9:03 am, it would show a check mark which means it has already been delivered. However, after a few hours, it would drop to the bottom of the chat and the delivered time would change to something like 9:48 am. Also, it would be fun if we can also send some photos to the artist even if it is limited to 1 photo a day only. Lastly, I think it would be great if the artist can directly see the messages of the fans together with their message, so that it will feel like they are in a group chat with their fans. Anyways, I hope you'll do something to fix the problem regarding the delivery of the messages. Thanks!
Doesn’t protect artists from haters
The platform is great to communicate with artists and also other fans but there’s no proper reporting and deleting of posts and accounts who violated rules, bullying, and harassment done by haters and antis on a daily basis which makes their propaganda stronger, brings our fanwars, and affects the mental health of the artist and also the fans. Please protect your artists and any other person being targeted by haters, especially SUPER JUNIOR SUNGMIN.
[EXO-L] Actions against malicious posts and comments
Lysn has been a great avenue for fans and idols to interact. However, the EXO-L community has experienced a fandom division. Last January, EXO Chen revealed to be getting married and having a baby by writing a letter through this community platform, Lysn. Some fans disagree with him having to live a happy life for they thought he betrayed them. Everyday since the revelation, those antis harass Chen by posting hateful and malicious stuffs in Lysn, expressing their strong disagreement. It has stated in the Lysn guidelines to avoid posting negative things against the artist. I am giving this ONE STAR for Lysn has yet to respond to reports and take legal actions against those antis. It’s been 2 months already. I hope Lysn will act on it the soonest time as possible.
