After the update I am unable to proceed to check out. They always prompt saying Error:,Try again later. Its weeks since and I would restart and even delete and start shopping again and again. Pls fix this. thanks!
Slow online shopping
I find it difficult to shop online as the online shop is responding too slow compare to InstaShop. If I’m adding quantity it keeps on going to other window with slow loading. If I go to cart and add quantity it will respond quickly to item 2 but I have to wait few seconds again to add the 3rd quantity or if I click it straight away the specific item window will open again made the shopping too slow. I hope I mentioned my concerns clearly so that maybe the IT team will do something to make this online shop site more quicker and smoother. I do love online shopping but with this slow website I think it will be quicker to go to the store myself or I’ll end up ordering from instashop much easier and simpler although it is a bit more expensive though.

Can u pls make a space for note for every purchase?
Ive been using this online platform even before pandemic but the most disappointing experience I had was to be given fennel seed instead of sesame seed. So I suggest u add note for every purchase so I can remind again about making sure to my order. I ordered again sesame seed but the same thing happened, good thing I checked it before the delivery went off so I gave them the wrong order to be deducted on my total order. And I choose to turn off the substitute option for grocery after receiving red currant instead of strawberry.
