The app itself is fast and can easily be navigated. BUT their tracker is malfunctioning, it says delviered but I don’t have my food yet. I also tried calling the number of the store in the app BUT it was the wrong Mang Inasal branch bruh. Please fix your tracker and update your branch numbers.

Extremely disappointed with both the Mang Inasal app and the iMall Antipolo branch. I placed an order through the app, paid online, and only after payment was completed did they cancel my order — apparently because my address was outside their delivery area. Why was I even allowed to place and pay for the order if delivery wasn't possible?What’s worse: it’s been 4 days, and I still haven’t received any refund. No updates, no follow-up, no effort to resolve the issue. I’ve tried reaching out and got nothing but silence.This is unacceptable. If you’re going to cancel an order, you should refund immediately or at least inform the customer about the status. Poor service and no accountability.Never ordering through the app again, and I definitely won’t recommend the iMall Antipolo branch to anyone.

The app itself is overall very good — from adding items to placing an order and paying online, everything is smooth and convenient. However, the problem is with the store handling my order (SM Naga City). They took way too long to confirm, their contact number was not reachable, and I didn’t receive any updates at all. The experience with the store really sucked, even though the app works great.Again. Another failed order. The app is great. But the store is not (MANG INASAL BICHARA NAGA CITY)

I was not able to receive the refund for cancelled order. I was waiting for my order to be accepted by the store. It was already one hour so I cancelled my order. When I was not able to receive the refund for my online payment I reached out to mang inasal customer service and I was told to go to the store where I placed the order and ask them for the refund and to cancel the order. Was told by the store to contact my bank for the refund. I contacted my bank but was told that the transaction was successful and to reach out to mang inasal. Do not use this app. If only I can rate this 0 star, I would.
