Can’t Go Full Screen on iPad

Most recent and most urgent issue:
- When I rotate my iPad, it doesn’t go to full screen mode. It just rotates the entire vertical screen into the center of my iPad. Even when I tap the “full screen mode” on the lower right corner of the video, it won’t go full screen. It’s so frustrating because I paid for a VIP account to enjoy watching the latest episodes of some Chinese series that I like, and I can’t enjoy it with this bug.

Other issues when they updated the UI into a more “international” version:
- No more 弹幕. I enjoy reading comments floating on top of the screen while I watch shows, but now they’re gone.
- Some features were removed. For example, I was still able to vote through the app during season 1 of 乘风破浪的姐姐. But for season 2 this feature was not available anymore.

Lots of Good C-Dramas But Needs Improvement

Pros
- A lot of Chinese dramas that I like are available here (Girlfriend, Love the Way You Are).
- You can choose to autosubscribe to the VIP tier or buy it just once.

Cons
- Crashes a lot, usually at the end of an episode.
- Subtitles are not timed well. They disappear too fast.
- Some episodes show subtitles that belong to a different episode.
- Doesn’t remember my preference to show Eng subtitles.
- When you switch to another app in the middle of watching an episode, when you come back to MGTV, the subtitles do not appear until you set it up again.

So many shows but poor subtitling

This app is great in the sense that it has a lot of chinese dramas which does not exist on other video streaming apps however it is very poor in english subtitling. There are other episodes which english subtitle is not available. Other episodes would have english subtitle but poorly transalated and sometimes it doesn’t even match the translation. There are also instances that subtitles are shown too fast. I am uisng other apps with chinese dramas and I don’t find the subtitling a problem. Please improve the app on this aspect so that you can cater more audiences.
