Inconvenience

I have had used this app for many years, since my upgrade to apple I was not able to register my Smart sim due to the one physical feature of it. Due to unavailability of my schedule it took some time for me to retrieve my account for some time.

I just recently retrieved it last year December and even with the same log in info it was notified to be removed or unavailable, I registered to make a new one with the same sim card so it was detected as a duplicate. To resolve that issue I was instructed call their hotline and I did countless times for 2 months now. However, they still continue to play the automated voicemail saying their system is overwhelmed with issues and event their ticket system is unavailable. I have always kept the app to its newest version. Furthermore, I have accessed their chat us feature which to no avail still instructed me to call their hotline which in the first place could not be availed.

Please resolve this issue as soon as you can, this was my favorite online bank ever since and would not like to transfer to another online bank.

Disappointing really

I really love this app(Paymaya before) and was a fan of this app since 2018 until I got scammed. I even encouraged my friends to try this app because of its features like the free service charges on online payments. Total of 25k of my wallet and savings account was transferred to the crypto Dogecoin. Tried selling the Dogecoin to get my money back but I can’t even input the amount. It wasn’t clicking at all. Tried calling the hotline, I was already talking to the CSR but I was really dissapointed with their solution. The transaction was a success so they cannot do anything to revert it. They told me they can temporary block my account and change number so that I can still use the card that I availed. Tried requesting change number to the site they gave me but it got declined twice due to information unverified whatsoever. I had to create another account and buy another card. It was so traumatizing, to think that the money you earned from hard work will vanish just like that. Still skeptical to use the app for paying online payments. Had to use another mobile banking app to pay with a small service charge.

Please Maya, fix your mess. The others that got scammed also but more severe cases (Maya Credit) than I encounted. Thankfully I didn’t activate my Maya Credit at all.

Terrible Service

I requested for my money to be transferred from my account to another account as I was informed you are not allowed to have 2 accounts. I submitted all documents required by Maya Philippines and they even gave me a case number for the transaction last JULY 2, 2024 for them to cancel the duplicate account and transfer the balance. I made a follow up call first week of August but until now they have not returned or transferred my money, unfortunately Maya froze my account so I could not transfer the account myself. It’s only Php 5,000 pesos and Maya Philippines probably consider the transaction not a priority. When I asked Paymaya to be removed in our company because of a glitch that inconvenienced our customers which until now they could not provide the issue, the support team was very quick to reach out and set a meeting with me to re-instate Maya in our company. Again, it’s only 5,000 pesos but it’s my money and I just want it transferred. Almost 2 months now since I reported it, what kind of customer service do you offer to your customers? I am 100% sure other customers experienced this or are currently experiencing the same poor and slow service they have for their customers. This should have been an easy fix🥹
