In this update, we've added NEW ways to keep a close eye on your cards, account, and investments:
• Track your card's delivery – just select your card, tap the delivery tracker widget, and use the tracking number to see its status
• Maya will now periodically ask for face authentication when logging in or updating your password to make sure no one else uses your account
• Improvements for Crypto, including better accuracy for the amount being displayed during Buy transactions

The Best (yet) For Me! Not switching back

Maya all the waaaaayy!!! I've been using Maya for a little over a year now, and I’m absolutely loving every aspect of it! The sleek design of their card is impressive—Maya won me over with their stylish black and green card! I also appreciate how easy it is to request bank statements, which is perfect for visa applications. No more trips to the bank! They’ve recently launched a credit card (no installment options yet, but I’m hopeful that will change soon). Whether I'm traveling abroad or making online purchases, their Debit/Credit Card is incredibly convenient, with instant text notifications that make me feel safe and secure with every transaction. The Personal Savings Goals feature has truly been a game-changer for me. And there's so much more to love—cashbacks, competitive interest rates, and hassle-free ATM withdrawals. Cashing in is seamless with their easy bank link, and I've never encountered any issues. The app is intuitive, making it the perfect one-stop solution for tracking all my financial activity. My only request is for an improvement in customer service. As a loyal user, I’m fully committed to Maya and won’t be switching to any other app. No more GCash for me.

Disappointing really

I really love this app(Paymaya before) and was a fan of this app since 2018 until I got scammed. I even encouraged my friends to try this app because of its features like the free service charges on online payments. Total of 25k of my wallet and savings account was transferred to the crypto Dogecoin. Tried selling the Dogecoin to get my money back but I can’t even input the amount. It wasn’t clicking at all. Tried calling the hotline, I was already talking to the CSR but I was really dissapointed with their solution. The transaction was a success so they cannot do anything to revert it. They told me they can temporary block my account and change number so that I can still use the card that I availed. Tried requesting change number to the site they gave me but it got declined twice due to information unverified whatsoever. I had to create another account and buy another card. It was so traumatizing, to think that the money you earned from hard work will vanish just like that. Still skeptical to use the app for paying online payments. Had to use another mobile banking app to pay with a small service charge.

Please Maya, fix your mess. The others that got scammed also but more severe cases (Maya Credit) than I encounted. Thankfully I didn’t activate my Maya Credit at all.

Terrible Service

I requested for my money to be transferred from my account to another account as I was informed you are not allowed to have 2 accounts. I submitted all documents required by Maya Philippines and they even gave me a case number for the transaction last JULY 2, 2024 for them to cancel the duplicate account and transfer the balance. I made a follow up call first week of August but until now they have not returned or transferred my money, unfortunately Maya froze my account so I could not transfer the account myself. It’s only Php 5,000 pesos and Maya Philippines probably consider the transaction not a priority. When I asked Paymaya to be removed in our company because of a glitch that inconvenienced our customers which until now they could not provide the issue, the support team was very quick to reach out and set a meeting with me to re-instate Maya in our company. Again, it’s only 5,000 pesos but it’s my money and I just want it transferred. Almost 2 months now since I reported it, what kind of customer service do you offer to your customers? I am 100% sure other customers experienced this or are currently experiencing the same poor and slow service they have for their customers. This should have been an easy fix🥹
