You can retrieve your old account after you uninstalled the app even though your only using a one email address. Tried to retrieve my first account but it just created a new account even after doing a password reset. Now, I can’t link my HMO anymore cause it’s says it’s already linked to an account.

I am rating this as zero. The app itself and even the medgate service is not reliable. I tried to connect with a doctor twice this year but in dismay they cannot set an appointment with a doctor. They will advise you to go the hospital which is contrast with their advertisement, saying : “ Avoid being exposed to hospitals by having hassle-free online consultation 24/7 with Filipino specialist doctors using the Medgate app. You can speak with your doctor through call or video call. You can send them photos and even request for a callback in cases you have insufficient load or data. Consultation fee will be charged in your Intellicare account.”All I requested is to speak with a doctor because i am experiencing a mild asthma due to flu. I wanted to request a prescription cause my medical treatment is running out.Sadly they insist that i need an urgent care.Dont waste your time calling via medgate you will just waste your time. And it wont help you when you get stress cause they will just tell you that there is no available doctor. And then when you ask for an appointment for the followng day, then advise you to go to the nearest hospital.

When trying to book an appointment you can’t click the next button because it overlaps with the submit photo guidelines link. This happens when you select ‘Others’ on the Health Concern dropdown.

Itong app na to kulang na lang na remove sa appstore, napaka unreliable considering na for health and wellness tong app nito. Lahat ng mga data na i enter nawawala, kapag kachat mo ang representative napaka unresponsive at ang mismong chat tab nila lagi nagla log. Isa lang masasabi ko, nakakahiya nangangasiwa sa app na to patunay tong mga reviews namin na nase serve nyo talaga ng husto ang purpose nyo. Mamatay patient nyo sa bagal!

The response time is a bit longer than what I expected but Medgate still deserves 5 stars as the service is reliable, the staffs and doctors are very friendly and professional to talk with.

I love how i can easily get doctor recommendations and certificates through this app
