Notifications not working

App does not notify when the doctor responds to initial consultation request:

- No push notification
- No in-app notification or indicator in the bottom row
- Messages does not appear even if you go to the messages tab

However, when you unload the app (remove from memory or recent apps) & restart, that’s the only time the in-app message indicator & actual messages will appear in the messages tab.

Please note that my notification settings are all enabled. Background app refresh is also enabled.

Please fix this because it’s causing a lot of frustration on both the doctor & patient resulting to multiple rescheduling of video call consultation.

Seeing improvements

Things done well.
1. App easy to download
2. Patient found it easy to make an appointment and to find their doctor.
3. Glitches from last year are being addressed eg (a) now able to message patient even from my phone to tell them I am currently away and thus couldn’t answer her call and we could meet at a specified time. (B) am now being made aware of a consult by text messaging and not just by e-Mail (how would I know of the consult if I am not online?) (c) they included option to upload pictures which makes it easier for us to see laboratories / xrays / ecg’s even Screenshots of Rx or Med certificate (d) they also included the Med cert option

What could do with a little improvement
1. I need an easier way of typing multiple prescriptions; and if it is possible to save them for future use with the ability to edit them
2. I wish the engine can run better in safari. Most MDs are Mac users. Most of the glitches I ran into could be solved by using FireFox

Very slow app ... was charged already but never spoke to the doctor

When i first used this i was somewhat disappointed how slow and unresponsive the app is .. to think i was already charged for the consultation. After a long while of waiting. i can see the doctor typing the message on the chatbox but i couldnt see the actual response from the doctor good thing both me and the doctor were resourceful enough to contact each other. The 2nd time around my daughter tried this app and again she was charged on her card but the doctor never replied at all ... so upset with this app , we never got the refund and there was no actual consultation. pls fix this .. i wouldnt recommend this app at all ...

Hi Shyne! We sincerely apologize for what you experienced. The delay of the replies from both parties is a subset of several factors, including mobile data speeds and time of day. We're doing our best to remedy that issue though so expect upgrades to come in this week and next.

Regarding your consultation issues, if the consultation was declined by the doctor or they did not respond in time, the system automatically cancels the charge and your funds returned.

Please be reminded however--as stated in the consent from you agreed to before proceeding with the consultation--that a pre-charge takes place prior to consultation, which is why you still got charged for the fee.

Don't be alarmed though as the charge should already have been reversed and your funds should be returned to you based on your bank's policies, which in some cases may take 3 to 5 days.
