As a highschool student with a plan of being a web developer in the future, this really helps me excel and learn more than what we are currently studying! I am thankful for the community of mimo, the creators for making such a wonderful app. I will be editing this review after I finished all lesson in here, I already got 1 certificate here btw! I am soo happyyy, If I got a job in the future I will definitely buy the subscription! Dont worry I think I’ll be a working student anyways! Aaaah i am really excited.

But why tho??

I really like this app and it’s way of teaching. I have learned a lot about coding in this app but I have one problem. Why do you need hearts to continue or start a lesson? It’s gonna be hard to learn things if you don’t have hearts. The heart system is the only thing I don’t like about this app, and it’s a huge problem and interrupts my lessons. I don’t want to pay just to get unlimited hearts. In my opinion the heart system should be deleted and be replaced with some far better. I know that you like money and you think that education shouldn’t be free but you already need to pay for more courses, and you still need to pay for your minimal courses? It needs replacement. 2 stars will be taken away from this review just because of the heart system.

I can’t scroll up

It’s an excellent app for those like me, coding beginners. However, there is this problem where I couldn’t scroll through the choices and pick the correct choice because it doesn’t stay in place. It’s difficult to scroll through the choices and tap on those choices at the lower part of the screen.

The Duolingo of programming

Intuitive and easy to pick up. I’ve had issues trying to learn programming from various other courses but Mimo is easy to use and accessible.

Not only that, the gamification of the app makes it far more engaging than other courses that I’ve tried.

This is a really good app for beginners.

But unfortunately it’s too expensive for a student trying to learn and there’s a lot of free courses too learn and for free. But don’t get me wrong there’s a lot of potential for this app but it’s just way too expensive.

Quick and easy

Quick and easy to use! But it is necessary to buy a subscription in order to unlock more lessons….

There is a bug in the app

Whenever i “supercharge my knowledge”,the next day it shows that i did not “supercharge my knowledge”.Other than that the app is fantastic.

User friendly especially to a student like me. I really love the games. You’re learning at the same your playing.

THIS IS REALLY GOOD

The UI is very good. I would really want the full course the you guys offer. Unfortunately i dont have the money for my current state as a student. This would really help me improve at my courses.

My ipad pro got a bug

After downloading this apps I experience like the cursor is moving it’s own and it scroll down on its own while doing a reading in any website also in any app in my Ipad this the first time I experience this problem I regret that I install this apps I really want to coding but because of this app I hate it now!
