I just accidentally downloaded this app when I was scrolling and I maybe I Clicked something and approved me this cashloans because I received an amount through my gcash, which is I wonder how does this app got my Gcash acc. but fast forward I received half of the approved amount and wanted me to pay the approved with the interest within 7 days, so just to settle it because I cannot redo anything, I wanted to pay the said amount but unfortunately I cannot pay it because the app keeps on shutting down, I mean everytime I attemp on opening it, It will suddenly close, and now I am very worried because I still cant pay it and I dont know where to contact your team.

I was watching reels and saw this advertisement about loan online and clicked on it since I was curious. But then it shows this Moca-moca app so then I think that maybe it’s their real name or they updated it or whatnot. So I decided to check how much they can offer me. Then it states that my credit limit is 2k so I wanted to check how things work like, billing breakdown, how long will i have to pay it and how much is their interest but I couldn’t find any. So, i thought by clicking submit they will give the breakdown or the information I’m looking for but to my surprised it says that my loan has been approved and was already disbursed, like how am I supposed to know when is my billing date? I did not even set up my billing date! So then I received only 1,500 out of 2k that they offer, I wanted to return it immediately as it showing there that I can pay in advance but the system keeps on crashing, it keeps on loading and loading and loading. I tried to un-install and installed it but still getting the same error. And now! Just got a chance to open my SMS inbox and was shock that it is now my due date and on top of that I received email from someone stating that I owe them 2.4K something, like WHAT? It has been like 6 days from the day you suddenly approved the 1.5k and now I owe you almost double the amount you suddenly approved without giving the information I need prior accepting your offer? It doubled the amount and just 6 DAYS!? Are you kidding me?

I decided to bail on the loan application. When they called, I told them I wanted out, but the agent said I had to cancel it myself. Problem was, there was no cancel option in the app! Next thing I knew, they reimbursed the amount into my Gcash account without even asking. Talk about feeling trapped! Come payday, I still didn't have enough funds to cover the loan since my salary rolls in at the end of the month. That's why I hesitated in the first place; they only give you 7 days to sort it out. Feeling stuck, I caved and reloaned, which just meant more interest piling up. The app's a downer! Miss your payment by even a day, and they're blowing up all the reference numbers you provided. And the worst part? They leak your personal data to who knows where; my phone's blowing up with calls from unknown numbers daily. It's been a nightmare. Finally scraped together enough to pay off my debt. But mark my words: NEVER, EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
