【1】 Adjust the volume. Please double-press the home button and close the application on the taskbar. Tap the app to play, and try to adjust the volume button on the side of the device when the game is running.
【2】Turn off the Mute mode. Try to adjust the physical mute button on the side of the device to turn off the Mute mode. If your device model is an iPad without a physical mute button, please make sure the bell icon in Control Settings was not selected. (Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen on any interface and you can see the Control Settings.)
【3】 Turn off the Do Not Disturb mode. Please turn off the Do Not Disturb mode in Settings > Do not disturb mode.
【4】 Reboot the device. Please try to press and hold the Home button and the shutdown button on the side of the device at the same time. Do not release until you see the Apple sign.
【5】 Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Please try to uninstall the current app, and download the latest in the Appstore under the same AppleID account. Reinstall the app and allow the corresponding permissions. If you have purchased before, you can tap one locked level and then tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the pop-up window.

Hi! I’m Seb and this game is EPIC! Even for a kid like me SOOO fun
Anyways, my age is 6 years old and my cousin (penny) is 5 and she has this game she said its fun! So i went ahead and downloaded it and this was wrote on my first try of the game. December 12, 2022
