Editors’ Choice

We couldn’t wait to go back to the land of twisty towers and uncanny beauty—and this sequel didn’t let us down. With its striking colours and level design, it’s even more stunning than the first game. New elements like light beams and controlling two characters make the puzzles even trickier. The bond between that mother and child is what we’ll remember most, though—their relationship moved us in a way few games do.

Looks Breathtaking

The visuals are stunning! The music is atmospheric, and all of the animations are super polished; I played this for the first time with my mom and ended up in tears—it’s a great game for bonding with a parent or a child. The puzzles were well-thought out, if not a bit too simple. It’s a game that can really move you; I adored every second I played through it!

Stunning Visuals, Calming Gameplay

The first Monument Valley was just hands down brilliant and captivating, and this sequel is also something to be really astonished about. The gameplay is so strangely calming yet mind blowing, and it takes me to a different world from its intricate design. Hoping for another sequel of this amazing game.
