Move It: Fast Moto Taxi Ride 4+

Generally, the app is great. It's like grab, it even has the pin for the other gate of my school, unlike other apps. But when it comes to MoveIt riders, it's a big NO for me. They are very impatient when it comes to waiting for their passenger/s. One time, my friend booked MoveIt because it has promos and very cheap fare, unlike others, when a rider accepted her book, we we're walking to the pick up location, whenever the rider calls, we cannot hear him, or either he ends the call after we pick it up. When we're at the pick up location, maybe a 1-2min walk distance of where our school is, the rider cancels it when we arrived the pick up location, we asked him why did he cancel, and the only reason he says is that we were not picking up his calls. We were shocked because we were answering his calls but he ended it right after we pick it up. That made us really furious to MoveIt riders, so for me, I recommend the app, but the riders, mmm a big NO really. I'll go back to using other apps, where riders are respectful and willing to wait.

There are so many issues with this app: (1) The process for booking a ride using online payment will immediately take your money before the booking is completed. And sometimes, it would take your money after prompting that there are no available drivers nearby. Granted, it would sometimes give your money back, but only after a few hours. (2) The drivers can mark your booking as completed even though they didn’t pick you up. So, if you will be using online payment, you can be immediately charged. And the money will be credited to their accounts. Already happened to me twice, reported it, and nothing happened. No refunding took place. And the common driver excuse would be “Sorry, baguhan lang po kasi ako”. (3) The in-app “help center” is very difficult to navigate. It would be best if they had immediate hotlines for customer service, but no. They have an in-app direct line to their “health and safety” department but they do not accommodate all possible customer concerns; only the ones involving accidents and safety issues.

There are probably other issues that I wasn’t able to cover here but I suppose these are the major ones.

Been an avid user of this app for so long. Such a shame it plummeted to the ground like this. Hoping for future improvements with the app and its protocols.

This is the first time I encountered a driver from a motorcycle company this is the first time I’ve use the app and I’m not aware that it will be the last, this happened Sunday around 8PM I booked you guys and this driver was assigned and I feel unsafe because the plate number on his Motorcycle is not matched on the app as well as he mentioned that he will just return a wallet but he go through this place which is too dark and for me I need to ba safe so I told the drive to just drop me in this area and go back once he return the wallet because I still have childhood trauma from the past I am a victim of child van trafficking from the past and I hope you’ll understand the trauma that I am going through and after that his driving is very fast to the point my hand is numbing of pain because of the tight grip that I am doing at the back of his motorcycle there’s a point that we almost hit by a big truck while we are going through taguig lane, I hope that you can take actions to this kind of driver because your business is big what if I am not the only one who experienced this and just imaging you’ll loose you whole business for one mistake.
