Move It Now 4+

I think they should fix the app, because i think the location of both parties are not accurate. It is a great option when considering its fare which is lower compared to other apps but i think conveniency when using this app is a meh. Hope they will fix the app because I can see potential in this as it is beginner friendly.

Usually nagppabook lang ako sa pila nila so when I tried to book sa app the rider I got doesn’t seem to know kung nasan ako kahit nakapin naman. Communication is so slow then he cancelled on me stating na incorrect yung location, huh? Wala nga notif sa messages need ko pa titigan para masagot ko agad. The whole time parang di niya alam kung nasan ako nakapin na nga. Checked my trip history tapos 4 na cancelled trips, huh when?? Lahat cancelled by rider random reasons may isa “egul” pa nakalagay. Good thing they can cancel pero yung walang notif? Then 4 na cancelled in the span of a few minutes, no thank you. This screams taxi pagiinarte era all over again. Pinned na location tapos clueless nung rider kung nasan ka? Jeez. Yung manual booking sa mga pila nila is another story, good experience naman ako pero yung ikaw na magbook at magaabang? Nvm sis.

Let’s be honest the app’s interface and user experience in not even on par with its 2 major competitors (angkas & joyride) but it has a lot of potential, and Everyday I noticed that it has becoming more and more difficult to book with angkas and joyride ( expensive as well) so I decided to download move it, first booking with sir david was nice, he was polite and very careful.

This might not be everyones experience on the app but giving this app a chance will surely be beneficial to commuters in the long run, Imagine 3 motorcycle booking app?

You can also speak with the driver within the app no need to use regular load.

They are on the cheaper side as well.
