Awesome fitness app!

Workouts are great but I love the Meals section the most! Yummy recipes while staying within my recommended targets. No more junkfood cravings

LIFE-CHANGING APP!

LIFE-CHANGING APP! I have always wanted a bomb bod but never rlly knew how to start until i tried BBR. It helped me become more knowledgeable on fitness and achieve my dream bod. It was a massive learning curve– one that i'm very grateful for. Bikini Build is my fave so far!

Great! But have a few suggestions

I looooove this app! Honestly, it’s a 5 star app compared to all other fitness apps I’ve tried. Easy to navigate, simple, and sleek. The workouts are challenging and can be adjusted at any moment based on your capabilities. Your macros can also be changed any time if you feel they’re too little or too much as well as fix your food recos based on dietary restrictions. I love how the workout calendar works… your workout is placed for you but you can add or remove based on what you feel you need. Lastly, I love how every workout has a demonstration, it makes life so much easier that I don’t have to google every single workout to find out what it is. This is a great, intuitive, and fun app! you can tell that it was made with the guidance of women who really are in the workout space and know what problems people have in the gym. It’s really the best you can get.

I do have 3 suggestions that would make this app even better:

1. Apple Watch or Smart Watch adaptability. When I’m in the middle of my workout and I’m kind of far from my phone, it would be much easier if I could see what workout was next on my watch. It’s also helpful to know how many seconds are left without having to turn on my phone if I was in the middle of a set. Maybe if it could vibrate or something if the set was over? It would be great as well so the watch could more accurately track the calories burning based on heart rate.

2. Widgets or wallpaper themes that would show a workout streak or a schedule so we could see what we had to do today on the app without opening the app. Maybe a calendar that showed a different color on the days we did our workouts. Or a widget that just shows the amount of days a person has been on a streak! Something like that would make more people excited to open the app as to not lose their streak.

3. It would be great if the shopping list adjusted when you adjust meals. For me, when I change a meal in the list, the shopping list doesn’t adjust. This isn’t helpful for when I decide to change a meal in the middle of the week and it’s still in the shopping list so I get confused.

I’m probably just nitpicking since I want this app to be the perfect app 😂 but I dooooo love this app! I just gave it a 4 because it could be so better with those 3 extra features.

This was so long. I do recommend getting this app if you want to have a new healthy way of reaching your desired lifestyle.
