MrSpeedy: Courier Delivery PH 4+

I have always used grab for all my delivery services but when I came across this app it was clearly the more prudent and practical choice. It’s cheaper and it doesn’t hang or restart when you multi-task on your phone. It is also user friendly and most importantly cheaper than leading deliver/parcel service via apps. If you have an small online business that requires delivery of goods or products I would recommend you use this app as your courier. It also has a pabili option. Also, the riders are very accommodating and patient with requests.

The first time I used the app and found out it had way more competitive fares than the more notable ones in the market, I immediately switched from my usual couriers to Mr. Speedy and advocated it to my friends. I enjoy using it and was proud that it's one of my earlier discoveries.

However, recently I noticed that some drivers dont adhere to the scheduled booking. They either are too late or arrive too early. I would prefer if they advise if they cant make it so I can rebook otherwise I end up following their schedule instead, which defeats the purpose of scheduled booking. Please look into this as I have some friends who've experienced the same thing so they opted to go for the more expensive ones just to get things done on time.

Lastly, I hope there would be favorites or bookmarks option for places we often send out delivery to. Credit card payment option would also be nice in future.

Installed it and booked once, Taguig to QC. Driver called because he was assigned to my order and lo and behold, he’s coming from Fairview to pick the parcel up in Taguig and deliver it to QC. Fairview to Taguig is more than 20kilometers! And the distance between pickup point to delivery is just 19km! So I cancelled because it’s very inhuman to let him push through with the pick up. I had to book with another courier because I was afraid that they’re gonna assign me another rider that is too far from the pickup point. Now Mr Speedy is charging me for a cancellation fee and the customer service is saying they can’t waive my cancellation after relating this experience. They’re also asking me to fill up a form. This is too much hassle for a sixty pesos difference. Mr Speedy is cheaper it’s not worth the inconvenience Happy to stay with the other couriers I’ve worked with in the past even if I have to pay more, atleast they know that their value is in good customer service, experience and convenience.
