IOS euser experience

Having issues playing this game in my ipad and phone it's always crashing. Please fix this bug.

CRASH AND LAG

The game is so lag when its siege time and ancient boss and crashing for so many times . And please give us some guide about the stats of the weapon and gears so we can identify what to build and whats good for our class . And please do something about the BK class its overpowering all the other class it so unfair . Thats it overall its enjoyable to play . Thanks developers , hoping you will take immediate actions for my concerns .

I play for the first time and I enjoyed it playing it…easy to level and you can get unique items by looting during boss fight…balanced gameplay and characters…I love this mobile game app..better try to exp it.
