I still love NAMSHI
I ordered many times with NAMSHI and I love the products so far. I used to go to ARAMEX to claim my ordered products eventhough it was COD because my time schedule at work hinders me to wait for the delivery man to claim my items. But I was disappointed with my last order because the items I ordered were distributed to different collection store. One of the items was sent to SMSA and the other one was in ARAMEX. These two collection stores were very far from each other and it was time and money consuming to claim them. I hope that NAMSHI works on this, if a customer ordered items, please put altogether the ordered items into one shipment or collection store and do not distribute them to different collection stores. Thanks and more power. 😁

This online shopping app from Namshi is the best i have so far. I do a lot of online shopping and this is perfect for me. Love all the items i ordered from Namshi and its very easy, convenient and quick. I had a return/exchange and the next day the guy is already at my doorstep with my items. Its just amazing. Now i dont have to go to the mall all the time, the mall will come to me haha!! Love it!

Shipping company(aramex)bahrain... very bad!!!
I placed my order at namshi on January 5. The items arrived in bahrain after a week. 2nd week, 3rd week and last week of January I called aramex muharraq for like 7 times different days, I gave address again ang again and my contact number and landmark as well. But on the 8th times that I follow up my order to aramex they already returned it to the shipper!!! Without calling me. They were also keep asking to pick up the item in their office, what’s the point I ordered for delivery, I’d rather go and buy in mall then. First online shopping in Namshi and yet I didn’t receive my orders. And one of the item supposed to be a gift for my son!
