Lots of potential but needs major improvement
(Writing this review from a place/perspective that I want the app to improve and succeed)
I downloaded the app when I found out about it through an online interview.
It was sold well during the interview and was great in theory (AI tech for real estate, cool!)
It lacked simple/basic features like:
No filter/sort option for: price, location, property type, # of BR, parking, etc.
When I try to use the search feature.. (example: “parking” or “rent”, it just showed me a bunch of random brokers/people, so the search results weren’t relevant to my query).
Other apps like Lamudi or Carousell still nail the basic features at least.
Good in theory though, so I’m looking forward to the future updates.

You’re absolutely right: earlier versions of the app lacked essential features like filters and relevant search results. We launched quickly with a focus on innovation, but we missed the mark on some core user needs. That’s on us.
Since then, we’ve made significant updates. You can now filter by price, location, number of bedrooms, property type, and more. We’ve also overhauled the search engine under the hood—using NLP (natural language processing) and fine-tuned models to better understand queries like “parking” or “rent” and return more relevant results. It’s still evolving, but it’s already a much more usable and intelligent experience than what you saw in the early version.
NoneAway is built with a product-first mindset, and feedback like yours directly helps us prioritize what matters. Really appreciate the thoughtful review—and we hope you’ll give the latest version another shot.
