Almost perfect.. but few more things to improve

I’ve enjoyed CIMB for a really long time now, the service is great and the interest rates on their savings accounts are really big compared to local banks here in the Philippines. I just wished that CIMB improves more on their services, first is fund transfer, it would be so much better if CIMB can find a way for its users to transfer funds to 3rd party banks in real-time, one way that I can suggest is to utilize InstaPay, it would really be a great way for its users to transfer funds quickly without waiting for days for the transfer to be complete. Another thing that I wish CIMB would improve on is with the delivery of their debit cards, I know that once CIMB sends out the cards with their partner courier, they can no longer do anything about it, but it’s already been over a month since I received my tracking number and up until now, I haven’t received anything and I continuously call CIMB’s customers service every week but they’d just provide me with the same answer that they would follow it up with their internal team which makes me so frustrated. I know that not everyone experience this, but I do hope that CIMB improves on these. That’s all thank you.

Awesome virtual bank + Suggestion

This app might be a strange yet to majority here in the Philippines but this bank/financial app is a great opportunity to introduce a virtual bank to Filipinos especially on the debit cards, you can manage everything what you want to do with your card, block/lost your card right away when lost even setting the limit of the card. Everything was virtual and everything was just cool. But, since I am still a new user of CIMB I’m not sure about the security but I’m assuming that the security & privacy of its clients would be in the highest priority. I’d just like to suggest if you can add touchpays around the Philippines as part of the categories to cash-in/deposit money because DragonPay was also included in any touchpay machines. Thank you.

Not being transparent

I applied for the loan last 08/28 and since then, I only received email requesting for authorization letter to conduct employment verification which I already submitted. But up until now, status was still on “Pending Final Approval.” I kept on making follow-up through email but no one was responding. I also called CS hotline but they can’t provide any information other than application was still being verified by internal team. I even reached out to our HR to check if they received any call or email for employment verification but sad to say, they did not. I don’t have any account with CIMB but I can say that they’re one of the great, offers are really promising compared to other banks. But the only thing that disappointed me was they’re not really transparent to their clients if whether you’re approve or not. I hope you can work on this cause it can be a waste of time waiting, when supposedly someone can already find other ones if they are just transparent enough to provide feedback. Thank you.
