Stay away from this app. I had downloaded this and had a 1K credit. And out of curiosity, I took that small loan lol andA day before my due date, they are harrasing me through text messages as I said I will pay on my due date. However texts coming thru like “ Putang ina mo bayaran mo utang mo ipapatay ko lahat kapamilya mo “ or “ IPOPOST KITA SA FACEBOOK DAMAY YUNG ANAK MO “. With these type of text messages, I consulted a lawyer. Our lawyer said they have violated the borrowers safety under BSP/SEC Regulations, once I see my name online I can file them a cyber libel or cyber bullying or even harrasment. They have violated multiple laws. Including harrasment, verbal abuse and many more. I have gathered screenshots & once they stop harrasing me and naming me awful things then I will pay the ₱1K lol otherwise, will spend my savings filing a lawsuit to these online lending app.

I paid my due using Dragonpay via InstaPay and received a successful confirmation email from them. I followed all instructions properly. But even after several hours, my payment still hasn’t reflected in OLP’s system. Here’s the worst part — OLP has absolutely no working support: Their chat support in the app always shows an error Their email addresses bounce back or show “address not found” The app itself is buggy and slow. I had to refresh multiple times just to view the payment options. I was actually going to use QR Ph as suggested, but your system was unresponsive. It lagged so badly that I ended up selecting InstaPay — the only option that loaded properly. I paid IMMEDIATELY, just to avoid your endless calls and reminders. So now, I’m left with: ✅ Successful payment confirmation ❌ No update on your system ❌ No support ❌ No working contact email You want fast payments but can’t even handle basic system reliability or customer support. You can’t keep harassing customers to pay and then vanish when there’s a problem. I have full proof of payment — screenshots, emails, timestamps — and I will be forwarding this to: Dragonpay Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) DTI or SEC Public feedback via social media and app stores Fix your system, validate my payment, and get your support working — or stop harassing users.

This app is very reliable when it comes to emergency loan. But, every hour (morning until night) they will call you to remind about the payment even if the due date was still next week, sometimes the call was not good in timing because even during working hours they will call you. +++ Aside from the interest from your loan, there will be another charge (₱25) before paying the loan. I hope they will improved their payment option because the loan itself has a higher interest rate, why charged them another fee for paying the loan, right? Not to compare tho, but in some other loan app, no hidden fees included especially when it comes on payment, you will just pay the exact loan amount with the interest without service fee for the payment itself. Hope this will help your app to improved not to drag you down. Still, this is a legit and reliable for emergency loan.

So far its good especially when it comes to emergency. I have been a good payer and repeat loaner of theirs. However, I paid my loan before due date and I was approved for another loan the status stated IT WAS SUCCESSFULY DISBURSED. Upon checking i haven’t receive anything yet. I reached out to ther CS stated There are cut offs. So he advised It will be disbursed Today 9 AM onwards but no definite time of when he just told me I will received a SMS when its disbursed to my account. So I need to wait whole day for me to receive the loan. I tried reloaning multiple times already and they always send the funds as soon as I got approved but this is the first time I waited from yesterday till today waiting for it to come through. Will changed my review after and If I recieved it already.
