Upgrade requirement (revisit your CIP)
Great app but the Free Upgrade feature requires you to upload an image of either your SSS, Tin, or GSIS ID.
You should know that now many people, even working ones, has those physical IDs with them because getting one requires some process.
I suggest you add Company ID/ Philhealth or even consider valid National IDs as a choice for upload. In these instance, many more people will be able to use your send money and other features.
Update: Then you should revisit how information are asked at the last part of Upgrading account, it seems the Upload ID icon is asking for a photo of either SSS, Tin,/GSIS, when in fact it is any ID from the list. It is confusing.

Great at first but...
PayMaya is one of the best virtual cards. I bought a steam game and decided to have a refund so I got my money back within the day. I bought another steam game and decided to have a refund.I was expecting to get it within the day like my last refund. After 3 days, I contacted PayMayaCares, their customer support , and they told me to submit some requirements to fasten the process. I’m a student and it’s difficult to comply to their requirements so I just went for the second option where I would just wait for 7 days. 8 days have passed since and I contacted PayMayaCares again where they suggested me to comply the requirements without reminding me what the requirements where so I asked them what were the requirements. I checked again today, which is the day after I contacted PayMayaCares again. I found that they didn’t reply. New Year Sales are now over and now I have to earn another 500 pesos because the 50% discount was over. Great way to turn a customer off who was starting to like the app 🙂

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Paymaya is indeed a good app for when using a virtual credit card, but not when I had this issue of a duplicate account. I wanted to make another account since I have a new number, so i registered it with the same details on my previous one. However paymaya wouldn’t recognize it and said i should contact their support time. And so I did. They replied and said that it is being viewed by their team already. However, days passed and still no action. I contacted them again, and they replied for my details (like you had my information already! why would you ask again????) and so I still sent it. Few more days passed and almost shockingly, still no action. And no I can’t use
my paymaya anymore because of this. Wouldn’t spend my time giving again and again my details just because they keep asking when in fact instead of asking they should’ve taken action! Poorest service ever! Don’t download this app!!!
