BAD SERVICE! INEFFICIENT APP! NEEDS SO MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN REAL TIME TRANSACTION UPDATE
There was a customer named daniel and we almost have the same issue. In my part i withdrew funds from a trading app and deposited it back since i wanted to change the amount left on my trading acct. However on my second attempt to withdraw funds from the trading app i was expecting to receive the funds as fast as my first withdrawal was since there was no system error nor internet connection problems. This isn’t the first time i had issues with paymaya. The other one is when i cancelled my grab booking (i used my paymaya to pay), charged my account because i booked but never refunded the amount once i cancelled. I asked them twice about this issue and telling me it was grab’s fault but if the system was that efficient i don’t have to call grab every time i cancelled my booking to get refund. I’ve been using this app for some time and was actually happy at first because it was convenient but if this issue keeps on happening i will deactivate my account and look for other similar and efficient mobile wallet. Also your customer service is worse because no one answers your phone (this is similar to banking transaction and we expect that customer service should be 24/7) and no one answers your paymaya cares support in fb messenger.
This payment processor/digital wallet is a great app. It’s easy to manage. However, when I have just paid our electric bill using through it, it was successful but in the transaction details it shows that the payment includes Biller Convenience Fee which I don’t know if how much. Because I just entered the exact amount as posted in the paper bill. Though it says that “it has been completed” I don’t exactly know how to verify that the biller have already received the payment.
Another thing is, today is my first time attempting to add funds from my bank account, unfortunately after 3 attempts, it didn’t go through. I checked all the bank credentials I typed in to add funds details still no go. I wonder if the action is because this is my first time to add funds or the bank where I’m getting the money from is not allowed by Pay Maya or there’s risk. Please enlighten me. Thank you!
Great at first but...
PayMaya is one of the best virtual cards. I bought a steam game and decided to have a refund so I got my money back within the day. I bought another steam game and decided to have a refund.I was expecting to get it within the day like my last refund. After 3 days, I contacted PayMayaCares, their customer support , and they told me to submit some requirements to fasten the process. I’m a student and it’s difficult to comply to their requirements so I just went for the second option where I would just wait for 7 days. 8 days have passed since and I contacted PayMayaCares again where they suggested me to comply the requirements without reminding me what the requirements where so I asked them what were the requirements. I checked again today, which is the day after I contacted PayMayaCares again. I found that they didn’t reply. New Year Sales are now over and now I have to earn another 500 pesos because the 50% discount was over. Great way to turn a customer off who was starting to like the app 🙂
