Pedi App - Request a Ride 4+

The idea behind this app, although unoriginal, is actually great— offering a convenient mode of transportation in a small city like this. However, since they’re relatively new, they do have lots of things to improve.

One, their number of riders is pretty low that it can barely meet the demand from their users. Although depending on your location but as to mine, it would take at least 30 minutes for me to get a ride.

Two, the technical aspect of this app needs improving too. It happened twice on me that the rider went to a different location because, and this is according to the drivers, the application was not able to capture the exact location from the map. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to walk out of the street just to meet the riders halfway. Also, the app lags a lot.

Lastly, I hope the schedule ride feature would be eased a bit. Booking a ride three hours before your desired schedule is a bit too long as I think at least an hour would make it more convenient for everyone.

Again, it’s still a great app and I will keep using this for sure! I only hope we get to enjoy a better version of this in the coming days!

The Pedi app is incredibly easy to use and perfect for booking rides. The OceanJet ticketing feature is a game-changer, especially for frequent travelers like me. Highly recommended for hassle-free bookings!

I live in an area behind St. Joseph Village and if I pin to my actual location, the app shows an inaccurate route to drivers to get to my location. I adjust and place it deep within the village so it shows the usual route. That makes it very inconvenient for me as a passenger. Even if I do the 2nd option, on the driver’s app it tends to show that they have arrived to my pin so I have to adjust AGAIN and walk to where they are. VERY INCONVENIENT.
