Giving 5 star para makita ng karamihan. Nagkaroon ako ng problem sa pagbabayad ko. Yesterday is my due date. So may nagtext sakin na nagpanggap na agent "kuno" regarding sa Loan ko, just to remind me na kelangan ko magsettle ng payment. Since hindi gumagana ang gcash ko kahapon, nagsend sila ng instruction na sa 7/11 nalang daw ako magbayad, at nasend sakin ng barcode at ipresent ko lang daw directly sa cashier Yun pala ang nakausap ko is hindi daw nila legit agent. Nong naiprocess ko na yung payment ko, biglang cannot be reach na yung number. Nagtry ako magpatulong sa customer service nito pero walang nagawa. Ang pinagtataka ko lang, panong nagleak ang information ko? Alam nung tao lahat ng details ko at regarding sa loan ko. Posibleng inside job ang nangyare. How come na nagleak ang info ko? Ngayon ang sabi sakin ng PesoQ need ko padin daw isettle yong payment since hindi nila kasalanan ang nangyare. Hindi ba dapat may fault din kayo kasi panong nangyare na meron kayong nagpapanggap na agent? Imposible na malaman yung info ko kong nanghula lang. And to RUDE AGENT named JENNY SANTOS, bastos masiyado makipagtransact sa client knowing na nagkaproblema ang client nila. I already paid another payment, btw. Sana makarma kayo. Dahil posibleng kayo kayo lang din ang may pakana ng nangyare. Never try this application 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was attempting to apply for this loan. I had waited three days for a response from them and assumed my application had been rejected. When I had previously borrowed from another lender. They called to request the payment. I asked them to cancel my disbursement because I didn't need to borrow, but they refused and sent the money to me, which I repaid without interest after a few minutes. However, they contacted me to settle the interest. I had not even used the borrowed funds and had returned to them, but they demanded that I settle the balance. They also have terrible customer service. Their agent was so rude, I believe they should train them. They don't know how to deal with customers. Do not attempt to use or borrow from this loan app!!!

I would like to bring to attention that i have communicated on the best i can to bring my intention to pay. I have tried communicating with you through emails and messages and responding to your agents messages but i didnt get any response regarding my request…

Due to constraints beyond my control i will only be able to pay in partial today.

Im giving you a 5 star since you really have help me in some way or another when i needed cash. I grab the offer even though your terms were not standardized and practical if you know what i mean.

The desparity between the loan amount versus the issued amount is not regulated and imagine yourr tenures for repayment are 7-10 days only.

And you have this false advertisement on your messages offering us longer payment terms just to encourage us to pay but you wont implement it.

You are having collection problems and complains because if only you follow the usual tenures of lending then you will be able to give your clients enought time to gather and save money for repayment.
