I’ve been using the Photobook app for a while now, and I must say, it’s become an essential tool for preserving and sharing my cherished memories.

One of the standout features is the extensive collection of customizable layouts and templates. I love how I can effortlessly arrange my photos, add captions, and experiment with different designs to create a unique photobook every time.

From the moment I received my first photobook order, I was so happy to see the attention to detail and clarity of the prints.

Needs more improvements.

I was not made aware that the vouchers we purchased can only be used in mobile and in the app itself is hard to edit unlike its website version. Why can’t their just be a voucher that is accessible to both laptops and mobile? You cant resize or adjust the templates, words are limited to apply to simple word changes (ex. “Party time!” to I cant even apply less than those words or longer when changing it.) The option for changing the payment method keeps closing the app itself. You cant even change colors or edit the templates itself and some display of the templates keeps changing and being applied to another page. It’s a 3 star because of the extensions and vouchers. Pls improve the app its frustrating.

Hi Valued Customer, apologies for the inconveniences. The app was introduced to give customers a straight forward platform in designing books hence, there are limited designing features. There are products offered exclusively in the app and pricing is also different compared to web. User friendly, but...

Don't get me wrong. The app is 100% user friendly and they always have promotions where you almost get your photobook for free, but I wonder why I cant access my photos from my iPhone 6S+. I can only access photos from my social media accounts. Also, the delivery time is quite long (for me) twas more than 2 weeks, and when my first 6x6 photobook arrived, the sequence of the photos I arranged during ordering was just messed up. It was totally disappointing that they scrambled up the photos when I really arranged them in order. I hope when I order next time this doesn't happen again. Because if it does, I'm just going to uninstall the app.
