Good to have when always outside
Was able to watch the FIBA World Cup on this app while on mobile data. Clear video & coverage, no lag, plus multiple cam angles gave better view of the game. Hope the P99 fee will be kept longer!
Bad user experience
The app does not allow you to use multiple devices even if there is only 1 active streaming. You have to uninstall the app from the other devices. Another bad experience is the delay when they upload a recently finished game like if the live game you are watching just finished, they will upload the full game the next day even if you are a premium user. In that case, you don’t have a choice but to watch the free live game then wait for it to reset again for you to be able to watch from the beginning. And the free live only starts at each set of the game. What’s the sense of paying if you have to wait the next day to be able to watch the full game. I hope they fix this.
Unreliable to No Customer Support
I am subscribed to the Premium Plan for P149 per month. Initially I was able to enjoy having two devices streaming at the same time but after some time I was limited to having only one device stream videos at any given time. I reached out to both their FB Messenger and IG profiles by sending them both DMs, asking as to how many devices can stream at the same time. I DID NOT get any response at all even though my messages were “seen” by whoever was manning their social media accounts. Magaling lang kayo mag advertise at sa marketing pero walang wala ang customer support ninyo oras na nakabenta na kayo.
