Good to have when always outside
Was able to watch the FIBA World Cup on this app while on mobile data. Clear video & coverage, no lag, plus multiple cam angles gave better view of the game. Hope the P99 fee will be kept longer!
Unreliable to No Customer Support
I am subscribed to the Premium Plan for P149 per month. Initially I was able to enjoy having two devices streaming at the same time but after some time I was limited to having only one device stream videos at any given time. I reached out to both their FB Messenger and IG profiles by sending them both DMs, asking as to how many devices can stream at the same time. I DID NOT get any response at all even though my messages were “seen” by whoever was manning their social media accounts. Magaling lang kayo mag advertise at sa marketing pero walang wala ang customer support ninyo oras na nakabenta na kayo.
No landscape mode when browsing
Cannot browse the app in landscape mode. Landscape only works when video is playing and video player is maximized. But if you are searching for videos, you have to put your device in portrait orientation. Then back to landscape again to watch in fullscreen. Really inconvenient.
Also it takes a while before recorded videos become available in the app.
