If you choose to purchase a subscription then payment will be charged to your iTunes Account and your account will be charged for renewal within a 24 hour period prior to the end of the current period. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. If you don't choose to make a purchase then you may continue to use the app for free.

I have been using this app for quite sometime. I temporarily turned off my account and was out for couple of weeks to exclusively talk to someone but it didn’t went well with us so I went back to log in. I noticed that nobody seem to view my profile and not even a single like so I wondered why. I didn’t mind at all. A week or two have passed and still the same, it was the moment I wondered… one time I liked and sent a message to someone and thankfully this person replied to my message informing me that he can not view my profile and seems like I have blocked him. He even sent me a screen shot and to my surprised it was! Therefore, it could be the reason why no one seem to view and liked my profile so I made a new one… then now, it is happening again… what seem to be the matter with this? Can someone help me???

I’ve been a member of this app since 2020. There are times where I used to take a break from this app to focus on my studies. Now I decided to comeback to maybe find my future partner. But last night my account got flagged down for selling service? I have not in my life tried to sell anything. I would like to have my account back. Since I’m talking to this guy who would like to take me out on a date. So we can get to know eachother. But since I cant open my account I cant!! I feel like this guy is the one and I cant even contact him. I’ve emailed multiple times to your chat support but its seems its still have not been resolved!!! Please let me have my account back!
