Can’t see my purchase

i bought 3 tickets for zb1 (hanbin, matthew, ricky) and their chat pages are not showing up on the app but if i look at my list of subscriptions through settings app, it says that i am indeed subscribed. please fix this. this is my money and i can’t even get a refund because cancelling the subscription does not give you a refund.

New update is a no no

The new update is so frustrating. Can’t you just brings back the old plus chat please. Where it only contains the artists’ chats?? Can’t even receive any notifications :(

Language

The language setting can’t be saved. It still returns back to korean even after changing and selecting english.
