Best to add feature Credit Card Account
Hi! It would be best to add this feature so we can also manage the usage of our credit card in the app. In the previous pnb mobile app, it also indicates the cc part ao you can also add you cc account. I hope you can bring it also together with this new app.
Old PNB is way better in feature
I am not a fan of the new PNB Digital app since there are lots problem when PNB decided not to interoperate the old app userids to the new one and stick with signup instead. The process of signup is very inconvenient since I am getting an error whenever I tried. The PNB CC is not even available in the new app. This is the far worst upgrade PNB has done. I really thought this is just an upgrade but it seems PNB chose to start from scratch?
PNB if you can just have an option on the new Digital App to LOGIN using the old userID and password than to SIGNUP and create a new one. You will save us a lot of time and from inconveniences!
Please look how other banks like BPI or Robinsons bank update their system. They update their app directly for security purposes!

[ Great Improvement ] UI improvement
I would rate 4 star for the UI improvement, I have the previous PNB App and I can say that there’s great improvement in the design. It’s simple and elegant.
But if I could suggest to remove the advertisement on the entry screen would be best. We don’t need that in the app : I’d like to see feature that would enhance our experience with the app such as maybe dashboard, budgeting and stuff. That would surely make me use the app more.
