At first it was smooth sailing for me but later on Why is it that even if i use the correct password it always says its “invalid credentials”. I have to repeat it many times and then outcome says the account is locked so i have to reset for a new password. I even went yesterday to your nearest branch to have this fixed and good they were able to help me in my problem . I was able to log in 2x this morning. But this afternoon same problem again . I was careful to input the correct passwords many times given in my email but still the same result.
After a day of getting the app to work, now it keeps on telling me that my account is locked due to numerous attemtps to open it. I have touch Id activated in my app and I haven’t checked my acct the whole day so I couldnt have made several attempts to access it. I got it working again after changing my password but the same problem occured again the very next day. Horrible app. It’s almost like someone else is trying to access my account. It doesn’t feel secure. Btw, I’m not the only person complaining about this issue since I’m sure you’re able to read other comments about this app.
At first it was so easy to use, no hassle. But then when I tried to log in, it says incorrect password even though I didn’t change the password. Then when I tried to change the password because my account was locked, then when I open using the new password they gave me, I logged in then it says to type my new password and retype etc. it always says invalid password I have tried like 10+ password. Now I can’t log in! Its so annoying I have never had this problem with BDO! please fix this!
