Mobile UX is bad
I love this shop so much but as a UI UX designer, I’m having a difficult time using this app. The “Support” function is not accessible, I have to go through 4 screens just to reply to the support team. The loading screen is annoying since it always appear in every screen, it looks like the app is slow. I love the clothes, but hate the mobile app. I hope you can improve! 👍🏻
