I don’t see why this has to have a low rating?

I’ve started out as a RULES OF SURVIVAL (ROS) player (mainly because it came to be most known to me first, and I understand PUBG mobile just came out recently), but I don’t understand why it has 3.8 star-rating.

There are many reasons I questioned it being underrated (aside from the fact ROS and this are similar concepts)

First of all, it definitely has better graphics than ROS. It’s more immersive, and you can feel that you’re actually a survivor dropped in a deserted island with 99 other players (the 100th being you). It runs smoothly, I actually like the footstep sfx better than ROS’ (I mean, find that weird, but oh well). The houses/buildings vary, and they’re actually more colorful than the latter game mentioned. It’s not just the buildings, but as well as the surroundings. Being in the plane (before dropping off) and you can view the entirety of the map is itself a beauty.

Second, it is easier to learn than ROS which is more competitive than PUBG mobile. When you start off the game first time, there is a tutorial option. Besides that, you can learn your way around the game fairly easily.

Lastly, people should just try the game itself. There’s no harm, really, whether you’re a long time player of (other) PUBG or FPS games or not, you can give this a try. If you didn’t like the mobile version, there’s no judging it.

My account was hacked and cannot recover

My account was hacked by I don’t know how and who, he added his email and linked it. 2 of my social media account has been linked and I requested multiple times to remove the email because that’s not mine. The hacker uses my account when I am using it sometimes during tournaments and skrims and it’s so annoying because I cannot continue to play and enjoy the game. why you can’t just remove the email? I raised it to customer service and sent emails but you are still bot helping. Instead you just banned it for a few days. How does that help me??? I dont know what the exact date the account was opened. This is what you asked from me to validate my ownership. Who records those stuff? This is not a bank account but a game app. I sent you receipts of UC to prove I own the account and the other 2 social medias. The hacker added his fb and removed it. You banned the acct for a few days but did not remove his email. I just want my account back pls. The hacker used all my UCs, gold, and BPs, and opened all the crates I saved. Why are you not helping me? I raised this twice already. I cannot use the account anymore because the hacker also access it while I am using it and it interrupts my game. SOOO ANNOYING! Pls help me.

Seperate Mobile Gamers to Computer Emulators

Hello Admins. Every new version is Amazing. But please don’t mix gamers. You have our IMEI, IP addresses so please do something. Me, my friends, siblings, relatives and even my son love this game. Make it categorised by: mobile to mobile gamers only, elumator to emulator users or PC to PC gamers only and don’t mixed up! It’s not okey! Most PC/Emilator users are hackers/cheaters, they can heal fast, loot fast, unbeatable/hard to kill, fast moving, sharp shooters, comes invisible using guille suit, transporter to a smoke, no foots steps and heartbeats and they can easily tracked enemies on exact position. They shoot to walls, rocks, transparent bullets (Even we’re hiding they can shoot us thats what i nean by transparent bullets). By the way banned atleast 10,000 days for those cheaters through IMEI/IP address tracker so they cannot create another account and cheat again just like ML rules. Bring back the automatic merit for those teammates who throw bomb and molotov to knocked out and kill own team. Hope to hear from you. Thank You and God Bless!
