It's hard to input address; Submit button not working
It is very difficult to input your address. When you search using your street name, it doesn't automatically populate the other address fields based on the selected search result. When choosing a barangay, the choices are Barangay 1, Barangay 2, etc.
Inputting you contact number is also difficult; I want to input a mobile phone number, but the field is forcing me to enter a telephone number which we no longer have because it's 2020 already.
I enjoy using this app!
Very good experience! I have been using this app for several months now. I did my usual shopping this ECQ. I thought it’s going to be late due to the surge of demand but it arrived on time. There were still a lot of missing items. Around 40% of my items were replaced. But the replacements were fine. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will continue using this app!
Pls improve your system.
App is extremely wonky. Product list is not updated so after checkout you get calls and messages abt items that are out of stock. When you get the delivery, you find that there are even more item out of stock that that didn’t tell you about. They don’t give you an updated receipt so you’re left to guess exactly what’s going to be charged to your card. The Need Help function doesn’t work.
