Poor Customer Service and Claims Department

I submitted a claim since Oct 1st 2023 and till now no updates from Claims Department not even once that they tried to reach out to me. Totally disappointing and poor communication with the customer service, no proper endorsement of my concern and I need to keep on repeating myself and the issue like they dont even care. I used to refer QLM to my friends and colleagues but since this is my first time claiming is a horrible experience. I will not refer them again.
