SAFETY
Your safety is our number one priority. To ensure smooth transactions, you now get to make or receive payments through the app. All Quest users are verified and authenticated. Our team ensures that the Quest community is safe and secure for all Citizens and Heroes.
QUICK AND EFFICIENT
Citizens who need urgent help have the option to select the quest completion date to “Immediately”. These urgent quests will be bumped to our homepage for our Heroes to view. The live chat function will allow you to be updated on the status of your quest.
TRANSPARENCY
You get to review and rate your Heroes or Citizens with our simple rating system. Heroes with high ratings will confer greater credibility which increases their chances of getting hired! This ensures quality service hence a more efficient quest completion process.

Get ready for our biggest update yet!
In this new update, we're introducing Secure Payments, an initiative we are taking to overcome scams and false postings.
Secure payments will require all Citizens to make their payments securely on the platform before they can chat or assign a quest to a Hero. This gives Heroes the assurance of payment with each quest that they get assigned.
This is just one of the initiatives we are working on to make Quest safe, fair, and reliable for everyone. Thank you for being a part of Quest and for working with us to create local economic opportunities for everyone.

Beginner-friendly interface
It is a good/user-friendly app because it allows people to ask help from strangers with minor work while allowing those who help them earn money. It helps me work with different people with their needs while allowing me to earn even for a little, especially as a student!! Nice app!
App suited for beginners in freelancing
From the moment I opened the Quest a Hero app, I was impressed by its user-friendly interface. The intuitive layout and straightforward navigation made it easy for me to explore the various features and services offered. Whether you're a business owner seeking freelance expertise or a talented freelancer looking for opportunities, the app's design ensures that you can quickly find what you need. What truly sets Quest a Hero apart is its extensive network of local freelancers and creative talents. The app boasts a wide range of professionals from various fields, including graphic design, writing, web development, marketing, and more. This diverse pool of talent ensures that users can easily connect with experts who match their project requirements, saving valuable time and effort.
App is good, but needs better userbase
Quest for me is much easier to use that something like Upwork, and the UI is easy to navigate. However, for most quests on the app, it's mainly people looking for referrals from other services. I like the concept of the app, but it's hard to find any actual job postings for tasks other than signing up using invites for other services that promise to pay for answering questions. I would suggest adding a category for this type of quest, so that the app isn't always flooded with referral links.
