Description
Fight corruption or control the horde as RI0T places you in some of the world’s most fractious disputes.
RI0T’s creator, Leonard Menchiari, experienced rioting first-hand at the NoTAV protests in Italy as well as several other around Europe between 2012 and 2016. He created the game to tell the stories and express the feelings experienced during these clashes. What triggers the crowd to behave with such anger and aggression? Often outnumbered, what does a police officer feel like during the conflict? RI0T presents the player with the opportunity to experience both sides of the fight - a fight in which there really are no winners. Who is right and who is wrong? Experience RI0T and draw your own conclusions.
It is up to you to choose how to tackle each situation, employing different strategies and tactics in order to achieve the perfect outcome. Discover if you can dispel an angry crowd or overcome a well-equipped militia as civil crisis deepens and corruption tears the very fabric of society.

Interesting Concept Playing Out
I only started playing the Arab Spring as the Police and I enjoyed it. The concept overall is interesting, I have not seen a lot of games revolving around riots and anti-riot policing. Even if I understand that this is a more arcade-type game, I would like to see the implementation of more strategy.
I never actually found use for the heavier defensive riot police as of the moment as they would just hold the line when it is just possible to break the riot by using a combination of assault and teargas police. I feel like they can be better if it is possible to control them to move up to a much further point.
Overall, I like the idea of the game as I have not seen other games that cover this type of scenario in policing and it is nice that you covered it from both sides as well.

This game is actually great. The story was done very well. It actually amazed me how this game is so well made, yet not really known. But I gotta say, sometimes the story mode, its like the person controlling the other side always has an advantage. Especially on the Spain Protest part. And the aggressive police literally don’t do anything. They just fight off rioters for like 3sec and retreat. And the amount of riot shield personal when deployed is super little. Like 6 only. And after 7 sec into the game. There are literally hundreds of people that were deployed by the opposite side, either Police or Rioters. And sometimes the tear gas doesn’t really affect the rioters a-lot. In real life, rioters would literally fall back. So I love the idea, and story. But try to fix gameplay of the troops and rioters. And maybe add some more troops. Great Game Though.

I love the game, but would be great if you added more stuff from the pc version.
Like banners and flags live ammo an editor and a difficultly option.
