Fast and secure
I was able to transfer outside of the US without that much problems
Only downside is that some countries are harder to deal with like Nigeria. Best if you check the bank policies with the recipients since Remitly might not give the best solution given that some problems are not even within their control.
Honest Review
Good service fast and reliable but i hope remitly can give some coupons or points can use to save bit to the loyal costumer or costumer that use remitly always. Like free service fee after 5 transactions or other freebies you can give. Thank you.
User-friendly for elders or seniors that are new to the technology/platform
When we are trying to send money and it always reject the Proof of Address. And for the first three messages it wasn’t declared or stated that what could have been wrong or what do you need from the sender/user. The app should be user-friendly for the user/sender that are not familiar to the application or new to the platform. You may also consider your the target market to the elders/seniors.

Still, I also find convenient to always inform our customer about what went wrong when a document cannot be accepted the first time so next time they make sure to send the right one.
